Welcome to The Loft
Everything you need for a wonderful stay — Wi-Fi, kitchen, bathroom, and how to make the most of your time here.
So we can reach you in an emergency (and check in if you need anything), please share a few details below. It only takes a moment.
We're so pleased you've chosen to stay at The Loft. We've tried to include everything you'll need to feel at home and have put together this guide to help you settle in.
If you need us at any time during your stay, contact us via the Airbnb app, or call 0410 023 992.
Need help finding us or getting in? See the Arrival Guide for directions, parking and door codes.
In future you can access this guide at any time by tapping Guest Guide in the top right corner and entering the code 2807.
There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout The Loft.
As a backup, there is also a network called Whittall Lane Free WiFi which needs no password.
If you're having problems connecting to TheLoft, message us on 0410 023 992 and we'll reset the router remotely for you — it's positioned in the garage below.
The television is a Samsung Frame TV mounted on the wall in the living area. You'll find the white remote on the cabinet directly beneath the TV.
Press the Home button to access streaming apps, or sign in to your own accounts — please remember to log out before you leave.
There are two ceiling fans — one in the bedroom, the other above the indoor/outdoor dining area.
The remotes are mounted on the wall beside each fan.
We've stocked the kitchen with a few everyday essentials:
Please help yourself. If you finish something, no need to replace it — just let us know and we'll restock.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Cutlery and utensils are in the top drawers of the kitchen bench overlooking the terrace; plates, bowls and serving dishes are in the cupboards above the sink.
If you notice anything missing or damaged, we'd really appreciate you letting us know.
There is also a curtain rail and curtain stored in the bedroom cupboard if you'd like extra privacy in the shower.
The Loft has both a washing machine and a dryer. Laundry liquid is provided, and a vacuum is in the bedroom cupboard (battery kept on charge beside the machines).
⚠️ IMPORTANT — The dryer is NOT vented to the outside. Please always leave the cabinet door OPEN while the dryer is running, and for a little while afterwards, so the warm air can escape safely.
A first aid kit is available in the cupboard to the right of the oven.
If you use anything from it, please let us know so we can replace it.
One of our favourite places in The Loft. Open the shutters to enjoy the fresh coastal breeze or close them for a cosy, private space.
Whether it's your morning coffee, an afternoon drink or dinner after a day exploring, we hope you enjoy spending time out here as much as we do.
The bins are located in the bottom pull-out drawer to the left of the oven. Please separate general rubbish and recycling where possible.
If the bins fill up, tie the bags securely and leave them at the bottom of the stairs beneath the lockbox — we'll take care of the rest.
No need to strip the bed or gather the towels — we'll take care of everything after you leave.
We created The Loft to be somewhere we'd genuinely love to stay ourselves, and we hope it feels like a home away from home for you too.
Enjoy your stay,
Maya & Ryan
Fancy eating and drinking like a local? We've put together a hand-picked guide to our favourite spots in Brunswick Heads — where we go for coffee, lunch, dinner, wine, drinks and a night out.
From BK's for breakfast and Pink Lotus for bánh mì, to La Casita for tacos and Bottle & Hoop for a bottle on the terrace — it's all there, with menus and maps to make finding them easy.
