How do I check in?

Self check-in via a lockbox at the bottom of the stairs — full instructions are sent before your arrival, so you can arrive whenever suits you.

Is parking available?

Street parking is available just a minute's walk away, with clear instructions provided in your arrival guide. We suggest you arrive, unload, then park the car around 50m away. There's no rush — Whittall Lane is in a free parking area and is chilled like the rest of Bruns.

Is The Loft suitable for children?

The Loft is a couple's retreat designed for two guests, but infants are always welcome. If you'd like a travel cot ready for your arrival, please let us know once you've booked so we can have it set up and ready for you.

What's in the kitchen?

A fully equipped kitchen with all of the essentials — olive oil, ground coffee, teas and milk. If you'd like us to do a shop for you before you arrive, please get in touch and we can arrange for anything you want to be ready for you on arrival.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes — complimentary fast Wi-Fi throughout The Loft, with the details in your guest guide.
